During 14 years (1984-1998) the group Zaldiaran CORP. was organizing the International Contest of Discharge Gastronomy that was appointment forced for those with restlessness for the art of the gastronomy.

This contest has always picked up the tendencies, technical and mainly the currents of the most avant-garde high restoration.
